The annual catalogs of the school and its associated institutions. The first Bates College catalog was printed in 1863; prior to that, the catalogs for for Bates' predecessor, Maine State Seminary. Catalogs for Nichols Latin School and the Cobb Divinity School vary, being included in the Bates Catalog (until 1870 for the Latin School, and 1890 for the Divinity School). The Divinity School was known as either the Theological School or Theological Department before its renaming as Cobb in 1887.
Catalogs are listed chronologically, then by title. Today the catalog is known as the Course Catalog, but is no longer available in print.
