Bates College Undergraduate Law Review

Aims & Scope

The mission of the Undergraduate Law Review is to provide a forum for undergraduate students to publish their original legal scholarship in a forum for mature, rigorous, and meaningful discussion. The scope of the Law Review is “the legal field,” including, but not limited to, legal theory, jurisprudence, legal history, law and society, and international law. In general, published articles should focus on the analysis and discussion of the law, both common and civil.
