This volume contains four scores, all piano and voice arrangements for masses by Bach and Beethoven. Bach's Masse Nos. 1 and 2, his Hohe Messe, and Beethoven's Missa Solemnis are included.
The scores were printed in Germany and France between 1827 and 1833, and each title page has been stamped with the New York bookseller C[harles]. Breusing.
