Binder's Volume: Lydia Harris piano music

Lydia M. Harris (1818-1897), was George Harris' older sister. She lived with George and their sister Ellen in West Roxbury, Massachusetts until her death. The forty-five scores in this volume date between 1819 and 1844. Most of the scores without a listed composer (authored by "Anon" in this list) were published by the Boston seller Charles Bradlee. Harris' signature appears on the first score of this volume, and there are manuscript annotations in her hand throughout the volume.
