Abstract
In a letter to Mr. Garth C. Reeves, Sr., President of the National Newspaper Publishers Association, Senator Edmund S. Muskie reaffirms his commitment to full justice for Black Americans and pledges his continued "support and cooperation" to the NNPA, which is marking the 145th anniversary of the Black Press during the week of March 12-19.
