Abstract
Raymond “Ray” Rasenberger was born on September 30, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Dartmouth College and received his law degree from George Washington University. He worked on Muskie’s 1972 presidential campaign. Raymond J. Rasenberger has been practicing law since 1957, and is a founding partner of Zuckert, Scoutt & Rasenberger when it was formed in 1964. He is married to Nancy Rasenberger.
