Abstract
The intent of this project was to synthesize the multiple factors that lead to the crash of a fish stock, and how they relate to factors that prevent said stock from rebounding. Through the course of the report I try to also emphasize the impact that these factors (a lot of which are tied to public negligence) have on communities whose identities and revenues are built around fish. My grandfather was a salmon fisherman and I grew up near California's coast, so this topic is very close to my heart. This document is a bibliography, with the link to my final piece pasted at the top.
